Each contact surface undergoes precise manual scraping, ensuring the structure's ultimate rigidity. Equipped with a versatile head library and an innovative vertical and horizontal tool changing system, this machine offers automated, efficient, and highly productive performance. The Y-axis employs an ultra-high rigidity roller-type linear slide rail, merging the robustness of hard rails with the swift movement and minimal wear of linear rails, dramatically improving rigidity and control.

The high-precision spindle is designed to provide continuous, reliable lubrication to spindle bearings, while the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains a stable working temperature for prolonged periods.
