High-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastingironbed, 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure, enhanced through finite element analysis. This design ensures superior mechanical rigidity and stability, maintaining long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and tool life. The stress relief treatment significantly improves performance.improve accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system enhance response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, increasing output, and reducing process times. The second spindle can fully turn and express workpieces during machining, further reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminates spindlevibrations, ensuring nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. This improves the surface finish of the workpiece.

The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement effects, maintaining a constant working temperature. The spindle system has undergone stringent dynamic balance tests, ensuring high precision retention, rigidity, and efficiency. This machine excels in both finishing and rough machining, making it ideal for mass production of complex, high-finish products.

2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret offers rapid, precise tool changes. The tool holder employs a high-rigidity BMT interface, with the power transmission shaft driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws, which are heat-treated and precision-ground for optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement and enhance machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails ensure accuracy even under impact, with smooth displacement and low noise, prolonging the machine's service life.

4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.

5. A perfect hydraulic and lubrication system, utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components, significantly reduces failure rates. The design is simple and reliable.

6. Features a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, reducing operator labor intensity and enabling safe, efficient production. All functional components are programmable for control. Special fixture options are available.
