With the ability to process both ends of the workpiece simultaneously in one clamping, manual operations are minimized, output is maximized, and processes are streamlined. The second spindle allows full turning and can release workpieces during machining, significantly reducing cycle times.
1.The direct drive synchronous electric spindle device features a cutting-edge magnetic ring type incremental encoder. With positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds,
it effectively eliminates spindle vibrations while maintaining a nose-end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. This drastically enhances the surface finish of workpieces.
The rear-mounted rotor simplifies installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor maintains consistent working temperatures, minimizing thermal displacement. Having passed rigorous dynamic balance tests, the spindle system ensures precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to perform both finishing and rough machining tasks, ideal for mass production of complex, high-finish products.
