Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Features a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) with 20 arc seconds positioning accuracy and 40 arc seconds C-axis indexing accuracy. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, and enhances the surface finish of workpieces. The rear-mounted rotor facilitates faster installation and maintenance, and the spindle motor's cooling system mitigates thermal displacement, ensuring a constant operating temperature.
