This high-efficiency machine, with reinforced ribs, is a marvel of engineering. Crafted from high-tensile Meehanite cast iron and employing a hot-flow horizontal design, this single-piece cast machine can handle year-round processing demands. The robust casting offers exceptional shock resistance and vibration absorption, ensuring both durability and premium performance.
Utilizing advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEM), the design of our integrated molding machine and stiffeners has been optimized to enhance mechanical strength by a remarkable 30% over traditional designs. This innovation ensures the machine is perfectly suited for heavy cutting while maintaining ultra-high precision for the long term. The enhanced rigidity significantly extends the tool's service life.

Our design features an integral cast inclined bed with 40° inclined guide rails, facilitating smooth cutting and easy workpiece loading/unloading for operators. Thick reinforcement ribs minimize distortion and thermal deformation. The wide bed and precision linear guides enable the machine to handle heavy cutting while maintaining long-term accuracy.
The fully enclosed sheet metal design keeps turning iron and coolant contained within the machine, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
The spindle box's innovative structural design minimizes thermal deformation, delivering high-precision, stable cutting performance.
Our lubrication system features a quantitative pressurized thin oil lubrication mechanism that ensures regular, precise lubrication of each screw, guide rail, and other critical points, thus enhancing the machine's stability.
The machine's guide rails are precision roller linear guides with a 35MM track width. The wide-span saddle guide rail supports long-term heavy cutting operations.
The feed unit employs a 32mm diameter ball screw and applies preloading at both ends to eliminate precision loss due to thermal elongation.
High Precision and High Dynamic Response
Equipped with two pairs of high-precision NSK P4 bearings, the spindle offers exceptional rigidity and extremely high rotational accuracy. The spindle operates with stepless speed regulation powered by an AC servo motor.
Driven by a dedicated V-belt spindle system, our spindle setup simplifies maintenance and minimizes motor heat impact, preserving spindle accuracy. The precisely adjusted pulley reduction ratio ensures the motor and spindle reach their maximum speeds simultaneously, optimizing full horsepower output and maximizing cutting capabilities.
Thermal Stability
The main spindle box and sliding saddle are aligned on the same angular plane, which mitigates distortion caused by thermal deformation of the spindle box.
High-speed rolling bearings and quantitative grease sealing lubrication maintain the thermal stability of the machine's body and spindle temperatures.
