This innovative design significantly streamlines manual operations, boosts output, and reduces the number of required processes. Featuring a second spindle for full turning and efficient workpiece transfer, cycle times are minimized. The machine boasts a sophisticated 30-degree inclined structure, ensuring high precision, exceptional rigidity, and outstanding cutting stability. Constructed from a single piece of high-strength HT300 cast iron, the lathe bed undergoes finite element analysis to achieve unparalleled mechanical rigidity and stability, maintaining consistent accuracy over prolonged periods. Stress relief treatment further enhances accuracy retention. The ultra-durable roller linear rail structure and pre-tensioned screw transmission system elevate rigidity performance, while the sleek, modern design aligns with current trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. The machine utilizes a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device, featuring a magnetic ring incremental encoder with positioning accuracy at 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy at 40 arc seconds. This setup effectively mitigates spindle vibration, achieving nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM and improving workpiece surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor ensures swift installation and maintenance, while the spindle motor's cooling system curbs thermal displacement, maintaining a stable operating temperature. The spindle system undergoes rigorous dynamic balancing tests, offering exceptional accuracy retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. It excels in both finishing and rough machining tasks, making it ideal for mass production of complex, high-smoothness products.
2. The machine features a high-rigidity integrated design servo power turret, enhancing rapid and precise tool-changing capabilities. When combined with the high-speed power axis for power milling, it delivers superior turning and milling performance. The tool holder, secured with a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, is driven by a servo spindle motor through a robust power transmission shaft.
3. Equipped with roller linear guides and precision-ground, heat-treated ball screws, the machine ensures optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer axis structure and double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, thereby significantly enhancing processing accuracy. The large-sized, heavy-duty linear slide rails provide unwavering accuracy even under impact, ensuring smooth, low-noise displacement and extended service life.
