Crafted using resin sand molding and high-strength, high-quality cast iron, our machining center undergoes an exhaustive heat treatment process to eradicate residual stress. Every contact surface is subject to precise hand scraping to guarantee optimal structural integrity. Our extensive and versatile product line, coupled with a highly flexible automated tool exchange system, offers unmatched automated, efficient, and high-output machining capabilities. The modular spindle design caters to a variety of cutting characteristics, fulfilling diverse machining requirements. The Y-axis features an ultra-high rigidity roller type linear slide rail, which merges the robust cutting capabilities of a hard rail with the swift, low-wear movement of a linear slide rail, significantly enhancing rigidity and control.
Our three-axis system incorporates internationally acclaimed roller guide rails, delivering superior rigidity and exceptional dynamic precision. The transmission system of the three-axis is powered by large-diameter grinding ball screws from Taiwan, noted for their compact structure, smooth movement, minimal thermal elongation, and high accuracy. The screw support establishes a stable, high-rigidity mechanical transmission system. Our high-precision spindle ensures constant, reliable lubrication for spindle bearings, and the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains the spindle in a steady working state for extended periods.
