The Y-axis features an ultra-high rigidity roller type linear slide rail, which merges the robust cutting capabilities of a hard rail with the swift, low-wear movement of a linear slide rail, significantly enhancing rigidity and control.
Our three-axis system incorporates internationally acclaimed roller guide rails, delivering superior rigidity and exceptional dynamic precision. The transmission system of the three-axis is powered by large-diameter grinding ball screws from Taiwan, noted for their compact structure, smooth movement, minimal thermal elongation, and high accuracy. The screw support establishes a stable, high-rigidity mechanical transmission system. Our high-precision spindle ensures constant, reliable lubrication for spindle bearings, and the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains the spindle in a steady working state for extended periods.
