The main components of the machine tool, including the base, workbench, column, spindle box, and saddle, are meticulously analyzed using FEA (finite element analysis). This ensures design optimization, a lightweight mechanism, and exceptional rigidity. The short distance between the spindle center and the guide rail surface, coupled with the minimal flipping torque, significantly enhances processing stability. Crafted with resin sand molding and high-strength, high-quality cast iron, each component undergoes a thorough heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress. The contact surfaces receive precise manual scraping to guarantee optimal structural rigidity throughout. Our extensive product line boasts complete specifications and is paired with a highly elastic automated exchange head library and a versatile vertical and horizontal tool changing system. This combination delivers automated, efficient, and highly productive processing performance. The modular spindle design caters to various cutting characteristics, fulfilling diverse machining needs. The Y-axis features an ultra-high-rigidity roller-type linear slide rail, merging the heavy cutting rigidity of a hard rail with the swift movement and low wear of a linear slide rail. This fusion significantly enhances rigidity and control.
The three-axis system utilizes internationally renowned brand roller guide rails renowned for their strong rigidity and outstanding dynamic accuracy. The transmission system incorporates Taiwan-made large-diameter grinding ball screws, ensuring a compact structure, smooth movement, low thermal elongation, and high accuracy. The screw support system forms a stable, high-rigidity mechanical transmission framework. The high-precision spindle delivers constant and reliable lubrication to spindle bearings, while the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains the spindle in a stable working state for prolonged durations.
