The machine boasts an optimized 30-degree inclined bed structure, promising high precision, exceptional rigidity, and outstanding cutting stability. Constructed from high-strength HT300 cast iron, the one-piece bed structure integrates finite element analysis to deliver superior mechanical rigidity and stability. This ensures long-lasting precision, enhanced processing stability, and extended tool life. Stress relief treatment further augments precision stability. The high-strength hard rail structure, along with a screw pre-tensioning design in the transmission system, significantly improves rigidity performance.

Main features of this machine tool:

1. The spindle unit features an independent sleeve type design. It has undergone rigorous dynamic balance tests, ensuring high precision, excellent precision retention, minimal thermal deformation, and remarkable thermal stability. With a maximum speed of 2500rpm and a nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM, the spindle utilizes a large-diameter, high-precision double-row roller bearing with a combined oblique contact ball bearing structure. The optimal two-point balanced support design can handle both radial and axial loads, making it ideal for high-speed precision cutting and low-speed heavy cutting. This is particularly suitable for mass production of intricate, high-precision, and finely finished products.

2. The high rigidity servo power turret facilitates rapid and precise tool changes. Complemented by the high-speed power shaft's power milling capabilities, it ensures excellent turning and milling performance. The tool holder features a robust BMT installation interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for power transmission.

3. Equipped with hard rail guide rails and ball screws, the machine's heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws guarantee optimal performance.

Exceptional precision and durability are ensured with each axis utilizing a direct transfer axis structure and a double anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining accuracy.

4. The machine offers a complete hydraulic and lubrication system. High-quality hydraulic pumps and valves reduce the failure rate, while a simple and reliable design ensures efficiency. Centralized quantitative automatic lubrication is also incorporated.

5. The hydraulic tailstock features a high rigidity integral structure, eliminating vibration and providing outstanding stability. The sleeve's expansion and contraction are controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, ensuring convenience, speed, and reliability.

6. Featuring a Taiwan rotary chuck oil cylinder and an automatic chip removal device, this machine greatly reduces operator labor intensity, ensuring safe and efficient production. All functional components can be programmatically controlled, including special fixtures.
