Crafted from high-strength HT300 one-piece reinforced cast iron, this bed features a 30-degree stepped type flat rail structure. Utilizing finite element analysis, it boasts superior mechanical rigidity, stability, and long-term precision. It ensures reliable processing stability and extends tool life. The stress relief treatment enhances accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and pre-tensioned screw drive system enhance response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping. This simplifies manual operation, boosts output, and reduces processing steps. The second spindle performs full turning, expediting workpieces during machining and cutting cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) provides a positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

This design effectively eliminates spindle vibration and maintains a nose-end deflection accuracy within 0.002 mm. It significantly improves the surface finish of the workpiece.

The rear-mounted rotor design simplifies installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor's cooling system suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant working temperature. Rigorously tested for dynamic balance, the spindle system retains high precision, rigidity, and efficiency. It excels in both finishing and rough machining, making it ideal for mass production of complex and high-finish parts.components.

2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret: Offers quick and precise tool changes. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for power transmission.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws, which are heat-treated and precision-ground to ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement for enhanced machining accuracy. The robust, large, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, ensure smooth displacement, low noise, and prolonged service life.

4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.

5. The machine features an impeccable hydraulic and lubrication system, utilizing top-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components to significantly reduce failure rates. The system is designed for simplicity and reliability.

6. Equipped with a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and an automatic chip removal device. These features dramatically decrease operator labor intensity, ensuring safe and efficient production. All functional components are programmable for specialized fixtures.
