Crafted from high-strength HT300 cast iron, the one-piece robust bed structure is optimized through finite element analysis, ensuring outstanding mechanical rigidity and stability. It maintains long-term precision reliability, enhancing processing stability and extending tool life. The stress relief treatment further refines precision stability. Additionally, the high-strength hard rail structure and the screw pre-tensioning design in the transmission system significantly elevate the rigidity performance of this machine.

Main features of this machine tool:

1. The spindle unit features an independent sleeve design. The spindle system undergoes rigorous dynamic balance tests, ensuring high precision, good retention, minimal thermal deformation, and excellent thermal stability. With a maximum speed of 2500rpm and a nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM, the front end employs a large-diameter, high-precision double-row roller bearing coupled with an oblique contact ball bearing structure. The optimal span two-point balanced support design can handle both radial and axial loads, making it suitable for high-speed precision cutting as well as low-speed heavy cutting. This versatility is ideal for mass production of complex, high-precision, and high-finish products.

2. The high rigidity servo power turret enhances rapid and precise tool change performance. Paired with the high-speed power shaft's power milling, it achieves outstanding turning and milling processing capabilities. The tool holder features a high-rigidity BMT installation interface and is driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. Equipped with hard rail guide rails and precision-ground ball screws, this machine ensures optimal precision and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer structure and a double anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, significantly improving machining accuracy.
