Crafted from high-strength HT300 one-piecestructure for exceptionalcastingquality anddurability, the ironbed features a30-degree stepdesignwith a flat rail structure. Utilizing finite element analysis, this lathe achieves superior mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term precision, processing consistency, and extended tool life. Stress relief treatmentsfurtherenhance accuracy and stability. The machine's high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system significantly improve response rigidity.
This lathe empowers simultaneous processing of both ends of a workpiece in a single clamping, vastly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and streamlining processes. The second spindle offers full turning capabilities and manages workpieces during machining, effectively reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: features a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) with a positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

Designed to eliminate spindlevibration,the nose end's deflection accuracy is maintained within 0.002mm,enhancing the workpiece's surface finish.

The rear-mounted rotor facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor's cooling system minimizes thermal displacement, maintaining a stable working temperature. Rigorous dynamic balance tests ensure the spindle system's precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, enabling it to perform both finishing and rough machining efficiently. Ideal for mass production of complex shapes with high finish,thismachine meets diverse machining needs.

2. High rigidity integral servo power turret with rapid and precise tool changes. The tool holder utilizes a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for optimal power transmission.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and precision-ground ball screws, this machine guarantees superior precision and durability. The direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method significantly reduce thermal displacement, enhancing machining accuracy. The large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails ensure the machine's precision remains unaffected by impacts, providing smooth displacement and low noise, thus extending service life.

4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.
