1. Main features of this machine:
1. Adopting a 30° inclined layout and an integrated structure of the bed base, which greatly improves the bending and torsional rigidity of the machine tool during operation. 2. The spindle unit is an independent sleeve type. The spindle system has undergone strict dynamic balance testing and has high precision, good accuracy retention, small thermal deformation, and good thermal stability. The front end of the shaft uses a large-diameter, high-precision double-row roller bearing with a combined angular contact ball bearing structure. 4. The standard configuration of high-performance servo turret provides users with convenient, practical and reliable processing components.
5. The feed system is directly driven by a servo motor, with good rigidity, precision and dynamic response characteristics. The machine tool is equipped with THK roller linear guide, and the maximum rapid movement speed can reach: 24m/min.
6. This machine provides users with a complete hydraulic and lubrication system, using high-quality hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves and other components to greatly reduce the failure rate. The hydraulic and lubrication systems are designed to be simple and reliable. The machine tool adopts centralized quantitative automatic lubrication.
7. It adopts a Taiwan rotary chuck cylinder and is equipped with an automatic chip removal device. The chip removal method can be selected from the side or the rear direction to remove chips and separate waste residue to ensure that the inside of the water tank is clean and free of fine residue structural design.
