2. The direct drive synchronous spindle device, equipped with a magnetic ring incremental encoder, offers positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This setup minimizes spindle vibration, ensures nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, and improves workpiece surface finish. With a rear-mounted rotor for easy installation and maintenance, and a cooling system to maintain spindle temperature, this spindle system excels in dynamic balance testing.
