Main features of this machine tool:
1. Featuring a 30° inclined layout and an integrated bed base structure, this design significantly enhances the machine's bending and torsional rigidity. The high rigidity and stability of the integrated bed base ensure outstanding precision.
2. The direct drive synchronous spindle device, equipped with a magnetic ring incremental encoder, offers positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This setup minimizes spindle vibration, ensures nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, and improves workpiece surface finish. With a rear-mounted rotor for easy installation and maintenance, and a cooling system to maintain spindle temperature, this spindle system excels in dynamic balance testing. Its high rigidity and efficiency make it ideal for both finishing and heavy cutting, especially in mass production of complex and high-smoothness products.
3. The high rigidity overall design servo turret, equipped with a high-precision clutch, guarantees both positioning accuracy and repeatable positioning accuracy. The servo motor drives the cutterhead for bi-directional or arbitrary tool selection. Utilizing hydraulic principles, the clutch loosens and clamps efficiently, with proximity switch feedback for quick and precise tool changes.
4. Equipped with roller linear guides and precision-ground ball screws, this lathe ensures optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer axis structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and enhancing processing accuracy. The robust, large-sized, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain accuracy under impact, offering smooth, low-noise displacement and extended service life.
5. The programmable hydraulic and high-rigidity integral tailstock effectively eliminates vibration, providing remarkable stability. With programmable or manual button control, it ensures convenience, speed, and reliability.
