Featuring a high-strength hard rail structure, the transmission system is equipped with a screw pre-tensioning design, which significantly enhances rigidity performance.

Main features of this machine tool:

1. The spindle unit is an isolated sleeve type, rigorously tested for dynamic balance to deliver high precision, stable accuracy retention, minimal thermal deformation, and strong thermal stability. It boasts a maximum speed of 2500rpm with a nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM. The front end incorporates a large-diameter high-precision double-row roller bearing with a combined oblique contact ball bearing structure. The optimally spanned two-point balanced support design handles radial and axial loads effectively, suitable for both high-speed precision cutting and low-speed heavy-duty cutting.
