Product Description
 

Crafted with high-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastingironbed, featuring a 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure. Utilizing finite element analysis, it exhibits exceptional mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term reliable accuracy, processing consistency, and extended tool life. Stress relief treatment is applied toenhanceaccuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design, combined with a screw pre-tension drive system, ensures enhanced response rigidity.
With the capability to process both ends of the workpiece simultaneously in one clamping, manual operations are significantly simplified, output is increased, and the process is streamlined. The second spindle enables full turning and can handle workpieces during machining, reducing cycle times.

1.Direct-drive synchronous electric spindle device with a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (sine and cosine) for precise positioning with an accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminating spindle vibration,the spindledeflection accuracy at the nose end is within 0.002mm,improving the surface finish of the workpiece.

The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor is equipped with a cooling system to mitigate thermal displacement effects and ensure consistent spindle working temperature. The spindle system has undergone stringent dynamic balance tests, guaranteeing excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to perform both finishing and rough machining, including heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex shapes with high surface finishproducts.

2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret with rapid and precise tool change capabilities. Utilizing a high-rigidity BMT interface for tool holder installation and driven by a servo spindle motor for power transmission.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement and significantly enhance machining accuracy. The machine's high rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain accuracy even under impact, providing smooth displacement, low noise, and extended service life.

4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.

5. The hydraulic and lubrication system is designed for perfection, utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components to significantly reduce failure rates. The system's design is both simple and reliable.

6. Features a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, significantly reducing operator labor intensity while ensuring safe and efficient production. These functional components can be controlled via programming, enabling the use of special fixtures.
