Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping, simplifying manual operation, boosting output, and reducing processing steps. The second spindle is capable of full turning, allowing workpieces to be machined efficiently, thus reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminates spindle vibrationspindle, and the deflection accuracy of the nose end is within 0.002mm. Enhances the workpiece surface finish.

The rear-mounted rotor facilitates installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor, equipped with a cooling system, suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system, tested for dynamic balance, retains superb precision, rigidity, and efficiency. This enables the machine to perform both fine finishing and rough heavy cutting, ideal for mass production of complex and high-finish products.product.

2. High rigidity integral servo power turret offers rapid and precise tool changes. The high-rigidity BMT interface ensures stable tool holder installation, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screw, the heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw guarantees optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, substantially enhancing machining accuracy. High rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise for prolonged service life.

4. Standard configuration FANUC system, utilizing FANUC servo motors for feed drive.

5. A perfect hydraulic and lubrication system with high-quality hydraulic pumps and valves significantly reduces the failure rate. The system design is simple yet reliable.
