The two-axis lathe is designed for superior efficiency, capable of processing both ends of a workpiece in a single clamping. This innovation significantly streamlines manual operations, boosts output, and minimizes processes. Featuring a second spindle for full-turning capabilities, it seamlessly transfers workpieces during machining, thereby slashing cycle times. The machine is built with a refined 30-degree inclined structure, ensuring high precision, remarkable rigidity, and outstanding cutting stability. The robust lathe bed is crafted from a single piece of high-strength HT300 cast iron, enhanced by finite element analysis to guarantee superior mechanical rigidity and stability. This construction ensures long-term accuracy, improved processing stability, tool longevity, and stress relief for enhanced accuracy retention. The high-strength roller linear rail design and the screw pre-tension transmission system further bolster rigidity. Coupled with a streamlined and modern appearance, this machine is a testament to advanced engineering and design trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Equipped with a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device featuring a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) for positioning accuracy within 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy within 40 arc seconds. This system effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. Enhanced surface finish is achieved through a rear-mounted rotor for quicker installation and maintenance. The spindle motor is cooled to mitigate thermal displacement, ensuring consistent operating temperature. Undergoing rigorous dynamic balance testing, the spindle system offers excellent accuracy retention, rigidity, and efficiency, adept at both finishing and heavy cutting, ideal for mass production of complex, high-smoothness products.
2. High rigidity integrated design servo power turret enhances rapid and precise tool changing performance. Coupled with high-speed power axis milling, it facilitates superior turning and milling combined processing capabilities. The turret utilizes a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for power transmission.
3. The machine tool features roller linear guides and heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws for optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer structure and double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize heat displacement, significantly improving processing accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-sized, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain precise accuracy under impact, ensuring smooth, low-noise displacement for an extended service life.
4. This machine is equipped with a comprehensive hydraulic and lubrication system, featuring high-quality hydraulic pumps and valves to substantially reduce failure rates. Both systems are designed for simplicity and reliability, ensuring seamless operation.
