1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.
Effectively eliminate the vibration of spindle, and the deflection accuracy of the nose end is within 0.002mm. Improve the surface finish of the workpiece.
The rear-mounted rotor is used to facilitate installation and maintenance.
The spindle motor is equipped with cooling system to suppress the influence of thermal displacement and ensure a constant working temperature of the spindle. The spindle system has passed the strict dynamic balance test. It has good precision retention, high rigidity and high efficiency, so that the machine can not only complete finishing machining, but also rough machining and heavy cutting for users. It is especially suitable for mass production of complex shapes and high finish product.
2.High rigidity integral servo power turret. Y-axis adopts 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line), capable of eccentric milling, drilling and tapping, equipped with a high-torque power turret and a servo-driven C-axis, capable of processing complex parts. The tool holder installation used high-rigidity BMT interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by servo spindle motor.
3.The machine is equipped with THK linear guide rail and ball screw. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw can ensure the best precision and durability. Each axis adopts a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, which can minimize thermal displacement and greatly improve machining accuracy. High rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails can keep the accuracy of the machine unaffected when it is impacted, the displacement is smooth and the noise is low, which can prolong the service life.
4.Standard configuration FANUC system, and the feed drive adopts FANUC servo motor.
5.Perfect hydraulic and lubrication system, using high-quality hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves and other components, greatly reducing the failure rate. The design of the hydraulic and lubrication system is simple and reliable.
6.The high-rigidity structure and an integral hydraulic tailstock, which can eliminate vibration and provide excellent stability. The telescoping of the sleeve is realized by means of a hydraulic cylinder, which is convenient and reliable.
7.Using Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder and automatic chip removal device, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator and realize safe and efficient production. The above functional components can be controlled by programming. At the same time, various special fixtures can be designed and installed according to the special requirements of users.
