Crafted from high-strength HT300 cast iron, the one-piece robust bed structure employs finite element analysis to deliver outstanding mechanical rigidity and stability. This ensures long-term reliable precision, enhancing processing stability and extending tool life. Stress relief treatment further boosts precision stability. With its high-strength hard rail structure and screw pre-tensioning transmission system, the machine's rigidity and performance are significantly amplified.

Main features of this machine tool:

1. The spindle unit features an independent sleeve type design. It has undergone stringent dynamic balance tests, ensuring high precision, excellent precision retention, minimal thermal deformation, and superior thermal stability. The spindle achieves a maximum speed of 2500rpm with nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM. The front end incorporates a large-diameter, high-precision double-row roller bearing combined with an oblique contact ball bearing structure. The optimal span two-point balanced support design accommodates both radial and axial loads, making it ideal for high-speed precision cutting as well as low-speed heavy cutting. This is especially beneficial for mass-producing complex, high-precision, and finely-finished products.

2. High rigidity servo power turret. This feature ensures rapid and precise tool change performance, enhanced by the high-speed power shaft's power milling capabilities, achieving excellent turning and milling processing. The tool holder employs a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. The machine tool is equipped with hard rail guide rails and precision-ground ball screws, ensuring optimal precision and durability. Each axis uses a direct transfer axis structure and a double anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and greatly improving machining accuracy.
