Crafted from high-strength HT300 one-piece structure casting iron bed, the 30-degree step type flat rail structure employs finite element analysis, ensuring excellent overall mechanical rigidity and stability. It offers long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and extended tool life, thanks to stress relief treatment. This improves accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system enhance response rigidity.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: featuring a magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and Cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds, it effectively eliminates spindle vibration.
The deflection accuracy of the spindle nose end is within 0.002 mm, enhancing workpiece surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor design simplifies installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor maintains a constant working temperature, counteracting thermal displacement.
The spindle system has undergone a strict dynamic balance test, ensuring good precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to handle finishing, rough machining, and heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex shapes and high-finish products.
2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret: The Y-axis features a 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line) for eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. It includes a high-torque power turret and a servo-driven C-axis for processing complex parts. The high-rigidity BMT interface tool holder and servo spindle motor-driven power transmission shaft ensure optimal performance.
3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws: Heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws guarantee superior precision and durability. Each axis utilizes a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement and significantly improve machining accuracy. High-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, ensuring smooth displacement with low noise, thereby prolonging the service life.
4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.
5. The perfect hydraulic and lubrication system: Utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components, this system greatly reduces failure rates with a simple yet reliable design.
6. High-rigidity structure with an integral hydraulic tailstock: This setup eliminates vibration and provides excellent stability. The sleeve's telescoping mechanism, driven by a hydraulic cylinder, is convenient and reliable.
7. Featuring a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device: These components significantly reduce operator labor intensity and enable safe, efficient production. Programmable controls manage these features, and additional special fixtures can be designed and installed to meet user-specific requirements.
