The machine's innovative design allows both ends of the workpiece to be processed simultaneously in one clamping, simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and reducing process steps. The second spindle supports full turning and can handle workpieces during machining, substantially reducing cycle times.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: features a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine), providing positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates easy installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement effects, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system undergoes rigorous dynamic balance tests, maintaining high precision, rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to excel in both finishing and rough machining, making it ideal for mass production of complex shapes requiring high finishandquality.
2. Integrated high-rigidity servo power turret: Features rapid and precise tool change performance. The tool holder installation utilizes a high-rigidity BMT interface, with the power transmission shaft driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and precision-ground ball screws, this machine ensures optimal precision and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly improving machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise, which extends the machine's service life.
4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.
