Crafted with high-strength HT300 one-piecebody structure,casting iron bed, this lathe features a 30-degree step typeflat rail structure. Utilizing advanced finite element analysis, this design boasts excellent overall mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and tool life. An effective stress relief treatmentenhancesaccuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system significantly improve response rigidity.
The machine's innovative design allows both ends of the workpiece to be processed simultaneously in one clamping, simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and reducing process steps. The second spindle supports full turning and can handle workpieces during machining, substantially reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: features a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine), providing positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

This setup effectively eliminates spindlevibration,with the nose-end deflection accuracy maintained within 0.002mm,improving workpiece surface finish.

The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement effects, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system undergoes rigorous dynamic balance tests, maintaining high precision, rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to excel in both finishing and rough machining, making it ideal for mass production of complex shapes requiring high finishandquality.

2. Integrated high-rigidity servo power turret: Features rapid and precise tool change performance. The tool holder installation utilizes a high-rigidity BMT interface, with the power transmission shaft driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and precision-ground ball screws, this machine ensures optimal precision and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly improving machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise, which extends the machine's service life.

4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.

5. The hydraulic and lubrication systems are optimized with high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components, drastically reducing failure rates. Designed with simplicity and reliability in mind, these systems ensure consistent performance.

6. Featuring a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, this machine significantly reduces operator labor intensity, enabling safe and efficient production. These functional components can be controlled via programming, and special fixtures are available.
