1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device features a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

The spindle motor, equipped with a cooling system, suppresses thermal displacement effects, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system has undergone a stringent dynamic balance test, boasting excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. 2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret offers rapid and precise tool change performance. The tool holder employs a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for power transmission.
