Constructed with a high-strength HT300 one-pieceintegral structurecastingironbed, featuring a 30-degree steptypeflat rail design, this machine employs finite element analysis for superior overall mechanical rigidity and stability. It ensures long-term reliable accuracy, consistent processing stability, and extended tool life. The bed undergoes stress relief treatment toimprove both accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system enhance response rigidity.
Achieve simultaneous processing on both ends of the workpiece in a single clamping, greatly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and reducing procedural complexities. The second spindle is fully capable of turning and expressing workpieces during machining, significantly reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device features a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminates spindlevibration, maintaining nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. This improves the surface finish of the workpiece.

Rear-mounted rotor design facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor, equipped with a cooling system, suppresses thermal displacement effects, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system has undergone a stringent dynamic balance test, boasting excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to perform not only fine finishing but also rough machining and heavy cutting. It is particularly ideal for mass production of complex shapes and high-finishproducts.

2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret offers rapid and precise tool change performance. The tool holder employs a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for power transmission.

3. This machine is equipped with THK linear guide rails and precision-ground ball screws, ensuring optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, greatly enhancing machining accuracy. The robust, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, offer smooth displacement, and reduce noise, thereby prolonging the machine's service life.

4. Equipped with standard FANUC system, the feed drive utilizes a FANUC servo motor.

5. The machine boasts a perfect hydraulic and lubrication system, using high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components, which significantly reduce the failure rate. The design of the hydraulic and lubrication system is straightforward and reliable.

6. Features a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, which substantially reduces operator labor intensity and promotes safe and efficient production. These functional components can be controlled via programming. Special fixtures available.
