The minimized distance between the spindle center and the guide rail surface reduces flipping torque, enhancing processing stability. Crafted using high-strength, high-quality cast iron through resin sand molding and a comprehensive heat treatment process, residual stresses are effectively eliminated. Precision manual scraping further refines contact surfaces, guaranteeing optimal structural rigidity. Our extensive product line includes versatile specifications, complemented by a highly flexible automated head exchange library and a vertical and horizontal tool changing system, delivering automated, efficient, and productive performance. The modular spindle design accommodates diverse cutting needs, while the Y-axis's ultra-high rigidity roller type linear slide rail combines the heavy-duty cutting capacity of hard rails with the swift movement and minimal wear of linear slide rails, significantly boosting rigidity and control.
Our three-axis system employs internationally renowned brand roller guide rails, known for their robust rigidity and dynamic accuracy. Taiwan-made large-diameter grinding ball screws ensure a compact structure, smooth movement, minimal thermal elongation, and high precision. This creates a stable, high rigidity mechanical transmission system. The high-precision spindle provides consistent lubrication to spindle bearings, while the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains long-term stability.
