Constructed from high-strength HT300 one-piece structure castingiron bedwith a 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure. Utilizing finite element analysis, it boasts excellent mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term precision, processing stability, and extended tool life. The stress relief treatment improves accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system enhance response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, increasing output, and streamlining the process. The second spindle is capable of full turning and can express workpieces during machining, reducing cycle times.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
Effectively eliminates spindle vibration, with nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. This improves the surface finish of the workpiece.
The rear-mounted rotor facilitates installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement impact, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system has undergone rigorous dynamic balance testing, providing excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This ensures the machine can perform both finishing and rough machining, and heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex, high-finish products.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret with rapid and precise tool change performance. It uses a high-rigidity BMT interface for tool holder installation, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws, heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis utilizes a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, greatly enhancing machining accuracy. High rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy during impacts, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise, prolonging service life.
4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.
5. Featuring a perfect hydraulic and lubrication system, utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, and other components, it significantly reduces failure rates. The system design is simple and reliable.
6. Incorporates a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, which greatly reduces operator labor intensity, ensuring safe and efficient production. These components can be controlled via programming for special fixtures.
