Main features of this machine tool:
1. The 30° inclined layout and integrated bed base structure significantly enhance the machine's bending and torsional rigidity during operation. The high rigidity and stability of the integrated bed base ensure precise performance.
2. Featuring a direct drive synchronous spindle with a magnetic ring incremental encoder, the positioning accuracy is 20 arc seconds, and the C-axis indexing accuracy is 40 arc seconds. The spindle vibration is minimized, with nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, ensuring superior surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor allows for fast installation and maintenance, while the spindle cooling system maintains a consistent operating temperature, enhancing precision.
