Constructed from high-strength HT300 one-pieceframeworkcastingironbed, featuring a 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure. With the application of finite element analysis, this design offers exceptional overall mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term accurate performance, processing stability, and prolonged tool life. Stress relief treatment is applied toenhance accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and a pre-tensioned screw drive system improve response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be simultaneously processed in one clamping, significantly simplifying manual operation, boosting output, and streamlining the process. The second spindle is fully capable of turning, enabling workpiece expression during machining and cutting down cycle times.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
This effectively eliminates spindlevibration, maintaining a nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm, thus improving the surface finish of the workpiece.
The rear-mounted rotor facilitates easy installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement effects, ensuring a consistent working temperature. The spindle system undergoes strict dynamic balance testing, ensuring excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to perform both finishing and rough machining, handling even heavy cuts with ease. It is particularly suited for mass production of complex shapes and high-finishproducts.
2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret offers rapid and precise tool changes. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and precision-ground ball screws, this machine ensures optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and greatly enhancing machining accuracy. High-rigidity, large-sized, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy even under impact, ensuring smooth displacement, low noise, and extended service life.
4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.
