This results in an optimized design that emphasizes a lightweight structure with exceptional rigidity. The minimized distance between the spindle center and the guide rail surface, along with the reduced flipping torque, significantly enhances processing stability. Constructed using resin sand molding and high-strength, high-quality cast iron, and subjected to a comprehensive heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress, each machine's contact surface is manually scraped to ensure maximum structural rigidity. Our complete product line features extensive specifications, a highly flexible automated exchange head library, and both vertical and horizontal tool-changing systems, facilitating automated, efficient, and high-yield machining performance. The modular spindle design caters to various cutting characteristics, addressing diverse machining needs. The Y-axis incorporates an ultra-high rigidity roller-type linear slide rail, combining the heavy-duty cutting capability of hard rails with the swift movement and low wear of linear slides, markedly enhancing rigidity and control.
Our three-axis system utilizes roller guide rails from internationally renowned brands, ensuring robust rigidity and outstanding dynamic accuracy. The transmission system features Taiwan-made, large-diameter grinding ball screws, characterized by their compact structure, smooth movement, minimal thermal elongation, and high precision. The screw support forms a stable, high-rigidity mechanical transmission system. The high-precision spindle is designed to provide consistent and reliable lubrication to spindle bearings, with a standard spindle oil cooling system that maintains a stable operational state over prolonged durations.
