Product Description

The machine with high-efficiency reinforced ribs is not only cast in one piece, but also made of high-tensile Meehanite cast iron, coupled with a hot-flow horizontal design, which can meet the processing needs all year round, and the casting can provide greater shock resistance. And the vibration absorption and low deformation make the machine not only durable but also have outstanding performance!
Finite element analysis (FEM) is used to optimize the design of the integrated molding machine and the stiffeners. The mechanical strength is increased by 30% compared with the traditional design. Therefore, this series of products can be used for heavy cutting and can maintain long-term ultra-high precision. The high rigidity can also extend the service life of the tool!
High rigidity, heavy cutting, high stability
It adopts an integral cast inclined bed and 40° inclined guide rails, making it easy for the operator to get on and off the workpiece, and the cutting arrangement is smooth. It is designed with thick reinforcement ribs to minimize distortion and thermal deformation. The wide bed and precision rolling linear guides enable the machine tool to achieve heavy cutting characteristics and long-term accuracy maintenance.
The fully protected sheet metal isolates the turning iron and coolant inside the machine tool, providing you with a safe and clean working environment.
The spindle box adopts a structural design to reduce thermal deformation to obtain high-precision and stable cutting.
The lubrication system adopts a quantitative pressurized thin oil lubrication system to perform regular and quantitative lubrication on each screw, guide rail and other lubrication points, which improves the stability of the machine tool.
The guide rail adopts precision roller linear guide rail with a track width of 35MM; the saddle guide rail has a large span and can support heavy cutting for a long time.
The feed unit uses a 32mm diameter ball screw, and preloading is applied at both ends to eliminate precision loss caused by thermal elongation.
High precision and high dynamic response
Using two pairs of high-precision NSK P4 bearings, the spindle achieves high rigidity and extremely high spindle rotation accuracy. The spindle achieves stepless speed regulation through an AC servo motor.
The spindle is driven by a dedicated V-belt spindle system, which makes maintenance easier and reduces the impact of the heat generated by the motor on the spindle accuracy. The precision-adjusted pulley reduction ratio allows the maximum speed of the motor and the maximum speed of the spindle to be reached at the same time, thereby reducing The impact of full horsepower output on the lowest speed torque is the motor's full potential to achieve maximum cutting capabilities!
Thermal stability
The main spindle box and the sliding saddle are on the same angular plane, which reduces distortion caused by thermal deformation of the main spindle box.
Using high-speed rolling bearings and quantitative grease sealing lubrication to ensure the thermal stability of the body and spindle temperatures.
