The two-axis lathe can process both ends of the workpiece simultaneously in one clamping, dramatically simplifying manual operations, increasing output, and reducing processes. The second spindle enables full turning and seamlessly transfers workpieces during machining, significantly reducing cycle times. The machine boasts an optimized 30-degree inclined structure design, offering high precision, super rigidity, and exceptional cutting stability. The robust structural lathe bed, crafted from one-piece high-strength HT300 cast iron, utilizes finite element analysis. This ensures excellent overall mechanical rigidity and stability, maintaining long-term reliable accuracy, enhancing processing stability, and extending tool life. Stress relief treatment further improves accuracy stability. The high-strength roller linear rail design and a transmission system with screw pre-tension design enhance rigidity performance. Its simple and elegant appearance aligns with contemporary trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device with magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) ensuring positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. It improves the surface finish of the workpiece. The rear-mounted rotor facilitates faster installation and maintenance, and the spindle motor, equipped with a cooling system, suppresses thermal displacement influences, ensuring constant operating temperature. The spindle system has undergone stringent dynamic balance testing, retaining excellent accuracy, high rigidity, and efficiency. It is capable of both finishing and heavy cutting, ideal for the mass production of complex and high-smoothness products.
2. High rigidity integrated design servo power turret. This feature aids in the rapid and precise tool changing performance of the servo turret. Coupled with the high-speed power axis's power milling, it achieves superior turning and milling combined processing capabilities. A high-rigidity BMT installation interface is utilized for the tool holder, with the power transmission shaft driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with roller linear guides and ball screws, the machine ensures optimal accuracy and durability. Heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws guarantee the best performance. Each axis features a direct transfer axis structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing processing accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-sized, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain accuracy under impact, offering smooth, low-noise displacement and extending service life.
4. The machine comes with a complete hydraulic and lubrication system, utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, and other components to significantly reduce failure rates. The hydraulic and lubrication systems are designed to be straightforward and reliable.
5. Featuring a Taiwan rotary chuck cylinder and an optional automatic chip removal device, the machine greatly reduces operator labor intensity, ensuring safe and efficient production.
