Utilizing high-strength, high-quality cast iron and resin sand molding, coupled with an exhaustive heat treatment process, residual stress is entirely eliminated. The contact surfaces undergo meticulous manual scraping to fortify the structural rigidity of the entire machine. Our comprehensive product line features an automated exchange head library and a versatile vertical and horizontal tool changing system, delivering automation, efficiency, and high productivity. The modular spindle design supports various cutting characteristics, meeting diverse machining requirements. The Y-axis is equipped with an ultra-high rigidity roller type linear slide rail, harmonizing the robustness of hard rails with the fast, low-wear advantages of linear slide rails, significantly enhancing rigidity and control.
This advanced machine adopts internationally acclaimed brand roller guide rails across the three axes, ensuring exceptional rigidity and dynamic precision. The three-axis transmission features large-diameter grinding ball screws from Taiwan, characterized by their compact structure, smooth operation, minimal thermal elongation, and superior accuracy. The screw support forms a highly stable, high-rigidity mechanical transmission system. High-precision spindles provide reliable, consistent lubrication to spindle bearings, while the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains long-term operational stability.
