The reduced distance between the spindle center and the guide rail surface, combined with minimal flipping torque, enhances processing stability. Our machine employs resin sand molding and high-strength, quality cast iron, subjected to a comprehensive heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress. The contact surfaces are precisely hand-scraped to ensure optimal structural rigidity throughout. With a full product line and complete specifications, paired with a highly flexible automated exchange head library and a versatile vertical and horizontal tool-changing system, we deliver automated, efficient, and high-productivity processing performance. The modular spindle design caters to diverse machining needs, offering different cutting characteristics. The Y-axis features an ultra-high rigidity roller type linear slide rail, combining the heavy cutting rigidity of hard rails with the speed and low wear of linear slide rails, significantly enhancing rigidity and control.
