Constructed from high-strength HT300 cast iron, the one-piece bed features finite element analysis for superior mechanical rigidity and stability, maintaining long-term precision and enhancing processing stability and tool longevity. The stress relief treatment further augments precision stability. The machine's high-strength hard rail structure, coupled with a screw pre-tensioning designed transmission system, significantly enhances rigidity performance.

1. The spindle unit is an independent sleeve type, rigorously tested for dynamic balance, offering high precision, excellent precision retention, minimal thermal deformation, and outstanding thermal stability. With a maximum speed of 2500rpm and a nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM, the spindle incorporates a large-diameter, high-precision double-row roller bearing and a combined oblique contact ball bearing structure. The optimal span two-point balanced support design withstands radial and axial loads, making it suitable for both high-speed precision cutting and low-speed heavy cutting, ideal for mass production of complex, high-precision, and high-finish products.
