The main components of the machine tool, including the base, workbench, column, spindle box, and saddle, undergo rigorous FEA finite element analysis. This results in design optimization, a lightweight mechanism, and unparalleled rigidity. The minimized distance between the spindle center and the guide rail reduces flipping torque, enhancing processing stability. Manufactured using resin sand molding and high-strength, high-quality cast iron, the machine undergoes comprehensive heat treatment to eliminate residual stress. Precise manual scraping of contact surfaces ensures optimal structural rigidity. Our extensive product line, featuring complete specifications, includes a flexible automated exchange head library and a vertical and horizontal tool changing system, delivering automated, efficient, and highly productive performance. The modular spindle design accommodates diverse cutting characteristics, meeting various machining needs. The Y-axis employs an ultra-high rigidity roller type linear slide rail, combining the heavy cutting rigidity of hard rails with the swift movement and low wear of linear slide rails, significantly improving rigidity and control.
The three-axis system incorporates internationally renowned brand roller guide rails, offering robust rigidity and exceptional dynamic accuracy. The transmission utilizes large-diameter grinding ball screws from Taiwan, ensuring a compact structure, smooth motion, minimal thermal elongation, and high precision. The screw support creates a stable, high-rigidity mechanical transmission system. A high-precision spindle provides consistent, reliable lubrication for spindle bearings. The standard spindle oil cooling system maintains the spindle in a stable operational state over extended periods.
