Crafted from high-strength HT300 one-piece structure,cast iron bed, this machine features a 30-degree step type flat rail structure, employing finite element analysis for superior overall mechanical rigidity and stability. It ensures long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and tool life. Undergoing stress relief treatment to enhance accuracy and stability, the high-strength roller rail design, coupled with a screw pre-tension drive system, boosts response rigidity.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and Cosine) offers positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, with nose-end deflection accuracy within 0.002 mm, enhancing workpiece surface finish.
With a rear-mounted rotor for easy installation and maintenance,
the spindle motor's cooling system suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant spindle temperature. Undergoing strict dynamic balance testing, the spindle system guarantees precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. It easily handles both finishing and rough machining, including heavy cutting. Ideal for mass production of complex shapes and high-finish products.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret. The Y-axis features a 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line), enabling eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. Equipped with a high-torque power turret and a servo-driven C-axis, it can handle complex parts. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with THK linear guide rail and ball screw, the heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw ensures optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining accuracy. High rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, with smooth displacement and low noise, prolonging service life.
4. Standard configuration includes FANUC system, with feed drive using FANUC servo motor.
5. Featuring a perfect hydraulic and lubrication system with high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components, this design significantly reduces failure rates. The hydraulic and lubrication system is both simple and reliable.
6. The high-rigidity structure and integral hydraulic tailstock eliminate vibration, providing excellent stability. Sleeve telescoping is achieved via a hydraulic cylinder, ensuring convenience and reliability.
7. Using a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, this machine substantially reduces operator labor intensity, enabling safe and efficient production. The functional components can be controlled via programming. Additionally, various special fixtures can be designed and installed to meet specific user requirements.
