This ensures a design that is optimized for lightweight, high rigidity, and exceptional performance. The minimized distance between the spindle center and guide rail surface, coupled with reduced flipping torque, significantly enhances processing stability. Utilizing resin sand molding and high-strength, high-quality cast iron, we implement an exhaustive heat treatment process to eradicate residual stress. The contact surfaces are meticulously hand-scraped to guarantee outstanding structural rigidity across the entire machine. Our diverse product line, complete with extensive specifications, comes equipped with a highly elastic automated exchange head library and vertical/horizontal tool changing systems, delivering automated, efficient, and highly productive performance. The modular spindle design caters to various cutting characteristics and meets a wide spectrum of machining needs. The Y-axis features an ultra-high rigidity roller type linear slide rail, blending the robust cutting capacity of hard rails with the swift movement and minimal wear of linear slide rails, greatly enhancing both rigidity and control.
The three-axis system boasts internationally acclaimed brand roller guide rails, known for their strong rigidity and superior dynamic accuracy. The transmission system employs Taiwan-made large-diameter grinding ball screws, offering a compact structure, smooth movement, minimal thermal elongation, and high precision. This screw support system forms a stable, high-rigidity mechanical transmission setup. The high-precision spindle ensures constant and reliable lubrication for the spindle bearings, while the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains a stable working state for prolonged periods.
