Main features of this machine tool:

1. The spindle unit is an independent sleeve type, meticulously tested to ensure high precision and excellent precision retention. It features minimal thermal deformation and superb thermal stability. With a maximum speed of 2500rpm and a nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM, it is built for both high-speed precision cutting and low-speed heavy cutting. The front-end large-diameter high-precision double-row roller bearing, combined with an oblique contact ball bearing structure, and the optimal span two-point balanced support design can withstand radial and axial loads, making it ideal for mass production of complex, high-precision, and highly finished products.

2. High-rigidity servo power turret ensures rapid and precise tool changes. Along with high-speed power shaft milling, it delivers exceptional turning and milling capabilities. The tool holder features a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, with the power transmission shaft driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. The machine is equipped with hard rail guide rails and precision-ground ball screws that are heat-treated for optimal performance.

This results in outstanding precision and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer structure and a double anchor pre-relay method, significantly minimizing thermal displacement and dramatically improving machining accuracy.

4. The machine comes with a comprehensive hydraulic and lubrication system, featuring high-quality hydraulic pumps and valves that substantially reduce the failure rate. The system is designed to be simple and reliable, incorporating centralized quantitative automatic lubrication.
