Crafted from high-strength HT300 one-piece structure castingiron bed, featuring a 30-degree step typeflat rail structure. Stress relief treatment further i mproves accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design, combined with a screw pre-tension drive system, enhances response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and reducing processes. The second spindle allows full turning and workpiece manipulation during machining, minimizing cycle times.

The spindle motor, equipped with a cooling system, suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system, having passed stringent dynamic balance tests, displays excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. It adeptly handles both finishing and rough machining, including heavy cutting. This makes it ideal for mass production of complex shapes requiring high finish precision.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret. It offers rapid and precise tool changes. The tool holder, using a high-rigidity BMT interface, is driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. The machine features THK linear guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws offer optimal precision and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement, greatly enhancing machining accuracy. High rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails ensure the machine's accuracy remains unaffected by impacts, providing smooth displacement and low noise, thus extending its service life.
4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.
5. The machine boasts a perfect hydraulic and lubrication system, utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components, significantly reducing failure rates. The design of the hydraulic and lubrication system is simple and reliable.
6. With the inclusion of a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, labor intensity is drastically reduced, ensuring safe and efficient production. All functional components can be controlled through programming, including special fixtures.
