Product Description
 

Crafted from high-strength HT300 one-piece structure castingiron bed, featuring a 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure. The application of finite element analysis ensures excellent overall mechanical rigidity and stability. This design maintains long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and tool life, further enhanced by stress relief treatment to improve accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design, along with the screw pre-tension drive system, significantly enhances response rigidity.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device includes a magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, keeping the nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. It also improves the surface finish of the workpiece.
The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system has undergone rigorous dynamic balance testing, offering excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to perform both finishing and rough machining as well as heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex shapes and high-finish products.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret. The Y-axis features a 100MM stroke (±50 from the centerline) capable of eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. It comes with a high-torque power turret and a servo-driven C-axis, enabling complex parts processing. The high-rigidity BMT interface tool holder installation and servo spindle motor-driven power transmission shaft provide exceptional performance.
3. The machine is equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws. Heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis uses a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, significantly improving machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise, which extends service life.
4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.
5. The hydraulic and lubrication systems are designed to be perfect and reliable, utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components to greatly reduce failure rates.

6. High-rigidity structure and an integral hydraulic tailstock eliminate vibration and provide excellent stability. Telescoping of the sleeve is hydraulically actuated for convenience and reliability.
7. The machine features a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, significantly reducing operator labor intensity and enabling safe and efficient production. These components are programmable, and special fixtures can be designed and installed according to user-specific requirements.
