ETY750M the box-shaped bed is made of high-strength HT300 cast iron, with compact structure, good strength, appropriate hardness, low friction coefficient, and self-lubrication. The integral box structure of the base bed greatly enhances the overall rigidity and stability of the machine tool. And it has vibration-absorbing function, which reduces tool loss and improves workpiece quality. 1.The 30° inclined layout and the integrated structure of the bed base greatly improve the bending and torsional rigidity of the machine tool during work. The integrated bed base with high rigidity and high stability provides high precision.
2.Direct-drive synchronous electric spindle: magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.
(1) The dynamic balance effect is good to effectively eliminate the vibration of the spindle, the start-stop response speed is fast and the efficiency is high, the nose end deflection accuracy is within 0.002mm, and the product surface finish is high.
