Featuring a robust HT300 high-strength one-piece cast iron structure, this bed, designed with a 30-degree step type flat rail structure, leverages finite element analysis for superior mechanical rigidity and stability. This design ensures long-term accuracy, processing stability, and tool longevity. The stress relief treatment further enhances accuracy and stability, while the high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system improve response rigidity.to enhance precision and stability. 1.
Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: High-performance magnetic ringtype incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: an impressive 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds. This configuration effectively eliminates spindle vibration,
spindle,and ensures deflection accuracy of the nose end within 0.002mm. Achieve superior surface finish on workpieces. The rear-mounted rotor allows for easy installation and maintenance.
The spindle motor is equipped with a cooling system to minimize thermal displacement, ensuring a consistent working temperature. The spindle system undergoes a rigorous dynamic balance test, offering excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows for both fine and rough machining, suitable for mass production of complex and high-finish products.

2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret. The Y-axis features a 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line), enabling eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. Equipped with a high-torque power turret and a servo-driven C-axis for processing complex parts. The tool holder employs a high-rigidity BMT interface, with the power transmission shaft driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. The machine boasts THK linear guide rail and ball screw. Precision-ground and heat-treated ball screws guarantee optimal precision and durability. Each axis utilizes a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, enhancing machining accuracy. High-rigidity, large-size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails ensure the machine's accuracy remains unaffected by impact, with smooth displacement and low noise, extending service life.
4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by FANUC servo motors.
5. The hydraulic and lubrication system is optimally designed, using high-quality hydraulic pumps and valves, significantly reducing failure rates. The system's simplicity and reliability are key features.

6. The high-rigidity structure and integral hydraulic tailstock eliminate vibration, providing exceptional stability. The sleeve's extension is achieved via a hydraulic cylinder, ensuring convenience and reliability.
7. Equipped with a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, this machine significantly reduces operator labor intensity, enabling safe and efficient production. Functional components can be programmatically controlled, and various special fixtures can be designed and installed per user requirements.
