Crafted with a high-strength HT300 one-piecestructure,thiscastironbedfeatures a 30-degree steptypeflat rail design. Through rigorous finite element analysis, it offers exceptional mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and tool life. Stress relief treatment is applied toimproveaccuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design, combined with a drive system that adopts a screw pre-tension design, enhances response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be machined simultaneously in a single clamping, greatly simplifying manual operations, increasing output, and reducing processing steps. The second spindle allows for full turning capabilities during machining, thus minimizing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: The magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (sine and cosine) boasts positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds, with C-axis indexing accuracy at 40 arc seconds.

This design effectively eliminates spindlevibrationand maintains the nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm,improving the surface finish of workpieces.

The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor minimizes the impact of thermal displacement, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system undergoes strict dynamic balance tests, providing excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This enables the machine to perform both finishing and heavy-duty cutting operations, especially suited for the mass production of complex shapes requiring high finishand precision.

2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret for rapid and precise tool changes. The turret uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, with power transmission driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. The machine includes THK linear guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis uses a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement and significantly improve machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy even under impact, ensuring smooth displacement and minimal noise, prolonging service life.

4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.

5. The hydraulic and lubrication systems are designed to be perfect, featuring high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components that significantly reduce failure rates. The system design is both simple and reliable.

6. Equipped with a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, these features substantially reduce operator labor intensity, ensuring safe and efficient production. All functional components are controllable via programming. Special fixtures are available.
