Main features of this machine tool::
1. The 30° inclined layout and integrated bed base structure significantly enhance bending and torsional rigidity during operation. This integrated design offers high precision and stability throughout the machine.
2. The direct drive synchronous spindle device features a magnetic ring incremental encoder, ensuring 20 arc seconds positioning accuracy and 40 arc seconds C-axis indexing accuracy. This eliminates spindle vibration, maintains nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, and improves workpiece surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor simplifies installation and maintenance, while the spindle motor's cooling system ensures constant operating temperature. The spindle system, tested for dynamic balance, retains accuracy, rigidity, and efficiency, enabling both finishing and heavy cutting, ideal for mass production of complex, high-smoothness products.
3. The high-rigidity overall design servo turret, equipped with a high-precision clutch, ensures positioning accuracy and repeatability. A servo motor drives the cutterhead for bi-directional or arbitrary tool selection, with hydraulic principles used to loosen and clamp the clutch quickly and accurately.
4. Equipped with roller linear guides and heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws, the machine ensures optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer and double-anchor pre-relay method to ensure thermal stability and minimal displacement, enhancing processing accuracy. High-rigidity, large-sized linear slide rails maintain accuracy under impact, providing smooth, low-noise displacement and extended service life.
5. The programmable hydraulic tailstock, with high rigidity, eliminates vibration and offers excellent stability. Programmable or manual control makes operation convenient, fast, and reliable.
6. The machine comes with a complete hydraulic and lubrication system, utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps and valves to reduce failure rates. The centralized quantitative automatic lubrication ensures system reliability.
