Crafted from high-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastingironbed, the 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure exemplifies excellence in engineering, applying finite element analysis to ensure outstanding mechanical rigidity and stability. This design guarantees long-term reliable precision, processing stability, and extended tool life. The stress relief treatment furtherimproves both accuracy and stability. Featuring a high-strength roller rail design, the drive system incorporates a screw pre-tension design to enhance response rigidity.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: equipped with a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (sine and cosine) achieving positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
Effectively eliminates spindle vibrationspindle, maintaining nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. This enhances the workpiece's surface finish.
The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates easy installation and maintenance.
The spindle motor, equipped with a cooling system, mitigates thermal displacement effects, ensuring a stable working temperature. This spindle system undergoes rigorous dynamic balance testing, resulting in excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. It supports both fine and rough machining, including heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex and high-finish products.product.
2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret. The Y-axis boasts a 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line), allowing for eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. This is enhanced by a high-torque power turret and servo-driven C-axis, facilitating complex part processing. The tool holder features a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. The machine is equipped with THK linear guide rails and a precision-ground ball screw, ensuring optimal precision and durability. Each axis uses a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement and significantly improve machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails ensure the machine's accuracy remains unaffected by impacts, with smooth displacement and low noise, enhancing its service life.
4. Standard configuration with FANUC system and the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.
5. The hydraulic and lubrication system is meticulously designed, using high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components to significantly reduce failure rates. The system design is both simple and reliable.
