Featuring a direct drive synchronous spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) for positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This system effectively eliminates spindle vibration and maintains nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, improving the workpiece's surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor simplifies installation and maintenance, while the spindle motor's cooling system curtails thermal displacement, ensuring a consistent operating temperature.
