High-strength HT300 one-piece structure casting iron bed, 30-degree step typeflat rail structure. Utilizing finite element analysis, it boasts remarkable overall mechanical rigidity and stability. This design ensures long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and extended tool life, with stress relief treatment to improve precision and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system further enhance response rigidity.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Equipped with a magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine). Positioning accuracy is 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy is 40 arc seconds.
This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. Enhances workpiece surface finish.
The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates easy installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant spindle temperature. The spindle system has undergone rigorous dynamic balance testing, ensuring precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This makes the machine perfect for both finishing and rough machining, as well as heavy cutting, ideal for mass production of complex, high-finish products.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret. The Y-axis features a 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line), capable of eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. It comes with a high-torque power turret and a servo-driven C-axis, ideal for processing intricate parts. The tool holder installation uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. The machine incorporates THK linear guide rails and ball screws. These heat-treated and precision-ground components ensure optimum precision and durability. Each axis uses a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly improving machining accuracy. The high rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain accuracy under impact, providing smooth displacement and low noise, thereby extending service life.
4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.
5. The perfect hydraulic and lubrication system utilizes high-quality hydraulic pumps and valves, drastically reducing failure rates. Its design is both simple and reliable.

6. The high-rigidity structure and integral hydraulic tailstock eliminate vibration and offer exceptional stability. The sleeve's telescoping is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, ensuring convenience and reliability.
7. Equipped with a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, labor intensity for the operator is greatly reduced, allowing for safe and efficient production. The functional components are programmable, and special fixtures can be designed and installed based on user requirements.
