1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Equipped with a magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine). Positioning accuracy is 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy is 40 arc seconds.
This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. Enhances workpiece surface finish.
The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates easy installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant spindle temperature. 2. High rigidity integral servo power turret. The Y-axis features a 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line), capable of eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. The tool holder installation uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.
