Crafted with high-strength HT300, the lathe features a one-piecestructure utilizingcasting-gradeiron bed, designed with a 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure. Through finite element analysis, this design offers superior mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term precision, processing stability, and tool longevity. Incorporating stress relief, the system enhances accuracy and stability. Both ends of the workpiece can be machined simultaneously in a single clamping, drastically reducing manual operations, increasing output, and simplifying processes. The second spindle allows full turning, expediting workpiece machining and reducing cycle times.
