The strategic design shortens the distance between the spindle center and the guide rail surface, significantly minimizing flipping torque and enhancing processing stability. Constructed with high-strength, high-quality cast iron through resin sand molding and a comprehensive heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress, the machine ensures exceptional structural rigidity. Precision manual scraping of the contact surface further guarantees this rigidity. Our extensive product line is complemented by a versatile automated exchange head library and a sophisticated vertical and horizontal tool changing system, delivering automated, efficient, and highly productive machining performance. The modular spindle design accommodates various cutting characteristics to meet diverse machining needs. The Y-axis features an ultra-high rigidity roller-type linear slide rail, harmonizing the heavy-duty cutting rigidity of hard rails with the swift movement and low wear of the linear slide rail, substantially enhancing rigidity and control.

The three-axis transmission incorporates a Taiwanese-manufactured large-diameter grinding ball screw, known for its compact structure, smooth operation, low thermal elongation, and high precision. This screw support system forms a highly stable and rigid mechanical transmission system. The high-precision spindle provides consistent and reliable lubrication for the spindle bearings, while the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains the spindle in a stable working condition over prolonged periods.
