Our machine employs a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device, equipped with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) for precise positioning with 20 arc seconds accuracy and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, ensuring the nose deflection accuracy is within 0.002MM. It enhances the surface finish of the workpiece, and the rear-mounted rotor design facilitates quicker installation and maintenance. The spindle motor includes a cooling system to minimize thermal displacement, maintaining a constant operating temperature.
