Crafted from high-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastironbed, featuring a robust 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure. With advanced finite element analysis, it offers exceptional mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term reliable accuracy, processing consistency, and extended tool life. Stress relief treatment furtherenhances accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design, combined with a screw pre-tension drive system, boosts response rigidity.Simultaneousprocessing at both ends of the workpiece in one clamping significantly simplifies manual operations, increases output, and streamlines processes. The second spindle, equipped for full turning, can manipulate workpieces during machining, cutting cycle times.

Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine). Positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds. C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.Effectively eliminates spindle

vibration, maintaining nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm,improvingworkpiece surface finish.

The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor is equipped with an advanced cooling system to minimize thermal displacement, ensuring a stable working temperature. The spindle system has undergone rigorous dynamic balance testing, ensuring precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to excel in both finishing and rough machining, making it ideal for mass production of complex, high-finish products.

2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret with swift and precise tool change performance. The high-rigidity BMT interface for the tool holder and the servo spindle motor-driven power transmission shaft ensures stability.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rail and ball screw, the heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw ensures optimal precision and durability. The direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method minimize thermal displacement, enhancing machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise, thus extending service life.

4. Standard configuration with FANUC system, featuring FANUC servo motor for feed drive.

5. The sophisticated hydraulic and lubrication system uses premium hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components to drastically reduce failure rates. The design is both simple and reliable.

6. Incorporating a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device significantly reduces operator labor intensity, promoting safe and efficient production. These components can be controlled via programming, including special fixtures.
